Own and maintain the firm’s marketing experience data in Litera Foundation, ensuring data quality, and support both Business Development and Marketing operations through data-entry, enhancements, and reporting workflows.

  • Supports data structure, process, and reporting improvements across the platform
  • Partners with BD and Marketing teams to meet data requests and optimize accessibility

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Database Management & Data Quality
  • - Support the Director of Marketing Operations and Technology and the Marketing Technology Manager in maintaining the firm's experience database, Litera Foundation.
  • - Enter, update, and manage experience and related marketing data within the platform.
  • - Prepare and validate data for migration into Foundation, identifying and resolving data quality issues to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • - Assist in developing and recommending enhancements to data structures, processes, workflows, and reporting capabilities within the platform.
  • - Serve as a key resource for data entry and data maintenance activities across the Business Development team.
  • Business Development & Marketing Support
  • - Partner with Business Development professionals to create, maintain, and update customized experience lists for proposals, pitches, presentations, and other marketing materials.
  • - Engage regularly with database stakeholders to understand data requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • - Provide support for experience-related requests and help ensure information is readily accessible and strategically organized.

Requirements

  • Associate degree, two-year college degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Previous administrative, database, data entry, or related experience.
  • Typing proficiency of at least 50 words per minute.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and experience working with databases or data management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to review, analyze, and manage large volumes of data efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while taking ownership of assigned projects.
