Job Summary

You will own hospital partnerships and admissions workflows, leading lead management, intake coordination, and bed placement communications across partners to drive conversions and compliant admissions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, and community partners
  • Manage lead flow, follow-up cadence, and referral tracking to improve conversion
  • Coordinate admission intake and ensure required admissions documentation is complete and compliant
  • Communicate bed availability and placement updates with professionalism and urgency

Requirements

  • 5+ years in long-term care marketing and admissions, or closely related post-acute business development
  • Strong communication, people skills, and reliable follow-up habits
  • Organized, safety-minded, and able to work independently with work-from-home flexibility
