Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Maintain and grow TSAW’s social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube with relevant, timely, and engaging content.
• Develop and manage TSAW's social media content calendar
• Research competitor social media presence and provide strategic recommendations for program improvements.
• Proactively suggest and execute new digital strategies including influencer partnerships and campaign concepts.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce creative and tactical deliverables.
• Monitor, moderate, and respond to comments and inquiries across social platforms and review sites including Yelp and TripAdvisor.
• Regularly capture photos and videos for use in posts, stories, and reels
• Plan, coordinate, assist in executing with photographers and videographers to maintain and expand the TSAW digital asset library.
• Website & Digital Marketing: Maintain and update The Shops At Wailea website including the events calendar, merchant content, dining, and promotional pages.
• Develop and implement internet marketing strategies and digital advertising opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Associates Degree in Marketing or relevant field
• 1-2 years of social media marketing experience preferred
• Proficiency in the following software/applications: Canva
• Placewise (CMS)
• Google Drive
• Google Web Analytics
• Microsoft Suite - Teams, Office, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.
• Adobe Suite - Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and lightroom
• Dropbox
• Video/reel production and editing experience for social media platforms

Preferred

• Retail background is a plus.
• 1-2 years of Event Coordinating experience preferred.
