Job Summary

Coordinate and diversify integrated digital marketing to drive qualified leads in B2B/B2G settings, aligning CRM, content, and channels with sales priorities.

  • Campaign Execution: Build and optimize digital programs in HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Google Ads to drive demand and engagement.
  • CRM & Automation: Design sequences and workflows, audit CRM data, and ensure campaign performance across the funnel.
  • Channel & Content Enablement: Create collateral, support events, and collaborate with sales to tailor messaging to customer needs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute digital marketing campaigns through HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
  • Develop and optimize CRM sequences, email campaigns, and marketing workflows.
  • Support lead generation and brand visibility initiatives across key channels.
  • Create marketing collateral including product literature, case studies, social content, and event materials.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to align marketing messaging with customer and market needs.
  • Prepare materials and campaigns supporting trade shows, events, and customer-facing initiatives.
  • Conduct HubSpot audits and optimize CRM data management and campaign performance.
  • Track campaign performance and produce reporting on marketing results and engagement.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities and recommend improvements to channel and campaign strategy.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B or B2G environments.
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience including CRM management, sequences, and campaign execution.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and marketing execution skills.
  • Comfortable working independently as the primary marketing resource within an organization.

Preferred

  • Experience marketing to government, public safety, or mission-critical industries.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Experience developing content, case studies, and event/trade show marketing materials.
