Responsibilities

• Own our email marketing program: monthly newsletter, curated hot topics, "Intro to WPS" series
• Photograph installed furniture at customer offices, creating a portfolio of our work
• Maintain and improve our website presence—updates, optimization, troubleshooting
• Create visual and digital media assets across all marketing channels
• Manage brand consistency across customer-facing materials and collateral
• Collaborate with sales team to produce polished presentations, proposals, and case studies
• Triage web inquiries and customer chats, directing them appropriately
• Develop product knowledge around office furniture and industry trends
• Research, organize, and execute community outreach events and charitable giving initiatives
• Lead website reconstruction/redesign to modernize customer experience

Requirements

• 1-3 years marketing, social media, content creation, or related experience
• Demonstrated social media platform and content management proficiency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Project management: owns initiatives from concept to completion
• Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented
• Comfortable learning new tools and platforms quickly

Preferred

• Email marketing platform experience (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe)
• WordPress or website platform experience
• Photography or video editing experience
• CRM system familiarity
