Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Participate in orientation every other week as scheduled.
• Order and distribute employee uniform materials, as well as keeping track of inventory.
• Plan and coordinate company events and outings.
• Visit job sites to take photos of job progress and interview employees to post across social media.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, faxing, managing e-mail correspondence, and time management.
• Keep internal communication platforms and employee recognition up to date and accurate.
• Update marketing materials as needed, participate in recruitment fairs, and generate new content on website and social media.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Advertising, or a related field
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc), Canva, Photoshop, and other current technology.
• Experience in social media is required.
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills are required.
• Ability to multitask efficiently with shifting priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on tasks.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.

Preferred

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
