Job Summary

Own cross-channel campaign execution and content production for a Texas-based marketing coordinator role, collaborating with sales, leadership, and vendors to accelerate growth.

Campaign Execution: manage campaigns end to end and generate consistent, on-brand materials.
Collaboration & Training: lead internal trainings, align with sales, and coordinate with vendors to move initiatives forward.
Content Adaptation: repurpose and tailor content across digital, print, and social channels to fuel multiple campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Marketing & Campaign Execution
Develop, design, and edit digital and print marketing materials
Partner with sales teams to support marketing strategies and business growth
Ensure brand consistency across all campaigns and deliverables
Create and edit content using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat)
Execute email campaigns using platforms like Marketo, Mailchimp, or Constant Contact
Perform website updates and support SEO initiatives (no coding required)
Manage and contribute to social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Work within project management systems (Wrike, Asana, Basecamp preferred)
