Job Summary

Own the client marketing operations for a boutique agency, coordinating multi-client campaigns, assets, and content creation while balancing timelines, assets gathering, and clear communications with U.S. business owners.

  • Coordinate multi-client campaigns, track deliverables, and keep PM systems up to date.
  • Create social content and Canva graphics, with brand-aligned captions and storytelling.
  • Lead email campaigns and weekly launches with proactive client updates and follow-ups.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Track ongoing marketing projects and client deliverables, ensure deadlines are met and projects move forward efficiently.
  • Coordinate tasks with internal team members and follow up on progress.
  • Maintain accurate records and updates within our project management systems.
  • Build and schedule email marketing campaigns.
  • Create engaging social media content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Design graphics, stories, reels, and promotional content using Canva.
  • Write captions that align with each client's brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Review AI-generated meeting summaries and organize action items.
  • Send follow-up emails, meeting recaps, and project updates.
  • Gather photos, videos, logos, and other marketing assets from clients.

Requirements

  • Strong Canva experience, including social media graphics, stories, reels, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Experience creating social media content for businesses.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable communicating directly with U.S.-based business owners.
  • Professional appearance and confidence during video meetings.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and AI tools such as ChatGPT.

Preferred

  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Drip, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Experience with social media scheduling platforms.
  • Basic WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS experience.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads or Meta Ads.
  • Experience working with tourism, hospitality, travel, or outdoor recreation brands.
  • Agency experience is a plus.
