Responsibilities

• Partner with the Marketing Communications Manager to develop social media strategies, content plans, and campaign support aligned with company and marketing objectives.
• Maintain and execute the social media content calendar across company social channels.
• Develop, write, schedule, and publish organic social media content appropriate for each platform and audience.
• Identify and develop content opportunities across Quinn locations, departments, employees, customers, events, and jobsites.
• Coordinate with internal subject matter experts and team members to gather information, photos, videos, and other content assets.
• Capture basic photo and video content as needed and coordinate with marketing creative resources for more complex production.
• Support social media coverage of company events, customer activities, community involvement, product launches, promotions, and other initiatives.
• Monitor social channels and support timely, appropriate engagement with comments, questions, and messages in accordance with company guidelines.
• Ensure social content follows Quinn and Caterpillar brand standards, messaging guidelines, and established voice and tone.
• Monitor and report on social media performance, including audience growth, engagement, reach, traffic, and other relevant metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field preferred; equivalent education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Internship or professional experience supporting social media, marketing, communications, or content development preferred.
• Experience creating and publishing content for major social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube preferred.
• Experience with social media management, analytics, graphic design, photography, or video editing tools is a plus.
• Strong written communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Understanding of social media platforms, content formats, audience behaviors, and best practices.
• Ability to create engaging content while maintaining established brand standards, messaging, and voice.
• Experience with social media management and publishing platforms such as Sprout Social or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of social media analytics and reporting, with the ability to interpret performance data and identify actionable insights.
• Basic graphic design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar design tools.
