Requirements

• Education/EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree in Business, Communication, English or related field or commensurate work experience. Masters degree preferred. At least two years business experience in journalism, marketing, planning or program development, preferably in a health care or innovations setting, required.
• LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, and/or REGISTRATION: Valid applicable state driver's license

• - High degree of initiative and advanced interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as member of a team, interacting effectively with personnel at all levels of the organization
• - Excellent strategic planning skills, solutions-focused, creative problem solver, and results-oriented
• - Data driven and able to collect, analyze, and present data to support proposed plans and to share with internal and external leadership, stakeholders, and partners
• - Deep knowledge of and experience with social media properties (esp. Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook)
• - Effective public speaking and motivational skills Excellent research and writing skills
• - Knowledgeable of the role of the workforce diversity and its impact on addressing health disparities and population health
• - Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
