Job Summary

Own local entertainment marketing that turns events, social channels, and partnerships into bookings and inquiries for a family center audience.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Build tracking, attribution, and reporting for multi-channel campaigns and events.
  • Demand/Partnerships: Own local partnerships, influencer collaborations, and community outreach to drive visits and bookings.
  • Audience & Content: Shape social content and promotions to attract families planning parties and events.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns for Score Entertainment, including grand opening promotions, seasonal events, party packages, specials, and attraction highlights.
  • Manage social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create, schedule, and post engaging content such as reels, photos, stories, graphics, event promotions, and behind-the-scenes updates.
  • Work with photographers, videographers, influencers, and content creators when needed.
  • Promote birthday parties, corporate events, school events, group packages, bowling, arcade, attractions, food, and special offers.
  • Coordinate local marketing partnerships with schools, businesses, churches, hotels, community groups, and local organizations.
  • Assist with email marketing, text campaigns, website updates, and online promotions.
  • Track marketing performance, including social media growth, engagement, website traffic, event inquiries, party bookings, and campaign results.
  • Help manage Google Business Profile updates, online reviews, and local listings.
  • Create flyers, promotional graphics, signage content, and digital ads when needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in marketing, social media management, event marketing, hospitality, entertainment, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
  • Strong writing skills for captions, emails, promotions, and announcements.
  • Basic graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools preferred.
  • Comfortable taking photos and videos for social media content.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and promotions at once.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Experience with family entertainment centers, restaurants, hospitality, events, or retail marketing is a plus.
  • Must be willing to occasionally work evenings, weekends, or events as needed.
