Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll provide day-to-day support for Ratcliff's marketing and business development efforts while also assisting our Executive Leadership Team with key administrative and coordination needs.
• This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking a project from "here's what we need" to "it's done."
• Coordinate with project teams to gather project photos, updates, statistics, and other information for marketing and proposal use
• Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, qualifications packages, and other marketing materials
• Maintain proposal templates, project information, team resumes, company qualifications, and other marketing resources
• Help track opportunities, schedules, deliverables, and deadlines
• Assist with drafting, editing, and scheduling social media content
• Support company events, community involvement, business development initiatives, and outreach efforts
• Maintain accurate client, partner, project, and company information
• Help ensure Ratcliff's marketing materials remain current, consistent, and professional

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, administrative coordination, communications, or a similar role
• Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Strong follow-through and a proactive approach to work
• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating across departments
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Preferred

• Construction industry experience is a plus
• Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, or similar design tools is a plus
• CRM or database experience is preferred
• Social media content or scheduling experience is a plus
• Basic knowledge of construction terminology is helpful
