Job Description

Responsibilities

Influencer & Creator Support
• Support relationships with influencers, content creators and agencies
• Maintain influencer ambassador list and generate growth and event reports
Event Management
• Plan, coordinate and execute events from concept through completion
• Ensure all events align with brand goals and deliver seamless experiences
Event Strategy & Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing, PR, and digital teams to maximize event impact
• Drive awareness, creator engagement and press coverage
Vendor & Partner Coordination

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management or related field
2–3 years of experience in marketing, brand management or event coordination (beauty, fashion or lifestyle industry preferred)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinker with a strong understanding of brand storytelling and experiential marketing
Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Canva, Adobe Suite or project management tools a plus
Highly detail-oriented and proactive
Solutions focused and a natural problem solver
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment
