Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication and coordination
• Build and own the systems, briefs, and processes that let work move quickly and cleanly to the right members of our creative team
• Understand client objectives and translate them into clear briefs for our designers, photographers, videographers, and other creative talent
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team coordination to ensure on-time, on-brand execution
• Schedule and oversee social media content, digital campaigns, and web updates
• Track project status, flag issues early, and keep stakeholders informed
• Maintain organized systems for client information, assets, and campaign documentation
• Collaborate across our creative team to execute marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Two to three years of experience in a coordinator, administrative, or client-facing marketing role
• A problem-solver who can take a goal and figure out the "how" independently—we need someone who solves for X, not someone who needs a paint-by-numbers plan
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proactive self-starter who takes ownership and doesn\'t wait for direction
• Ability to juggle multiple clients and projects without losing track
• Comfort with tools like Microsoft Office, GMB, and similar platforms
• Familiarity with creative tools like Adobe Suite a plus
