Job Summary

Own the local content and events engine to build brand presence and patient flow, coordinating provider-led content, on-site shoots, and community activations while managing CRM leads toward bookings.

  • Content & channels: plan, create, and publish Instagram content and related platform posts that stay on-brand.
  • Provider content & events: collaborate with providers to capture moments, run in-clinic events, and drive local awareness.
  • Lead management: respond to incoming leads in the CRM, initiate outreach, and convert to appointments.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram and other relevant platforms in alignment with brand guidelines
  • Capture on-site content including provider moments, treatment highlights, before-and-afters, and clinic culture
  • Partner with providers to support and encourage organic, provider-led content creation
  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments and DMs in a timely, on-brand manner
  • Plan and execute in-clinic events and local activations with clearly defined logistics and outcomes set by Clinic Leadership
  • Manage event RSVPs, guest communications, and day-of coordination
  • Track attendance and outcomes; deliver post-event recaps to Clinic Leadership
  • Support outreach to local businesses, brand partners, and community organizations to drive awareness and referrals
  • Ensure promotional materials, signage, and treatment menus are current and on-brand
  • Support execution of campaigns, seasonal promotions, and limited-time offers as directed by Clinic Leadership
  • Respond to incoming leads within the CRM, conduct initial outreach, and convert to appointment

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in social media content creation, marketing, or event coordination
  • Proficiency with Instagram, including Reels creation, scheduling tools, and basic analytics
  • Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools for creating on-brand marketing assets
  • Experience capturing and editing short-form video content for social media
  • Comfortable on-camera and experienced supporting or directing provider content capture
  • Highly organized with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Flexible availability including occasional evenings and weekends for onsite and offsite events
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel between clinic locations (Philadelphia and St. Davids)
  • Experience in a med spa, dermatology, wellness, or aesthetic clinic setting
  • Familiarity with patient- or client-facing service marketing
  • Existing relationships with local businesses, brands, or community organizations in the Philadelphia area
  • Experience with CRM platforms and basic lead management (specific platform training provided)
  • Ability to work on-site and move throughout the clinic environment
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (event materials, signage, boxes)
  • Ability to stand or remain mobile for extended periods during events and content shoots

Preferred

  • Experience in a med spa, dermatology, wellness, or aesthetic clinic setting
  • Familiarity with patient- or client-facing service marketing
  • Existing relationships with local businesses, brands, or community organizations in the Philadelphia area
  • Experience with CRM platforms and basic lead management (specific platform training provided)
