Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the development of proposals, statements of qualifications, presentations, and other pursuit materials in response to requests for proposals and qualifications.
• Work with technical and marketing team members to gather, organize, write, edit, and format proposal content.
• Review solicitation requirements and help maintain proposal schedules, calendars, assignments, and deadlines.
• Research clients, projects, markets, and competitors to support pursuit planning and proposal development.
• Update and maintain resumes, project profiles, team qualifications, and other marketing information in Unanet.
• Develop and format documents using Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and related software.

Requirements

• Three or more years of marketing, proposal, or related experience within the architecture, engineering, construction, or professional services industry.
• Experience supporting proposals, statements of qualifications, and other competitive pursuits.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, priorities, and deadlines in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Experience developing social media strategies and the development of content.
• Experience using artificial intelligence tools with the judgment to review, validate, and refine AI-assisted content.
• Experience with Unanet, Deltek, or a similar CRM or marketing information system is preferred.
