Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, design, and send regular e-blasts to our customer email list, including new arrivals, sales, seasonal promotions, workshops, and community events
• Design and produce marketing materials including signage, flyers, emails, and web graphics
• Manage social media content creation and scheduling across platforms
• Update the Osuna Nursery website with new arrivals, events, and sales
• Coordinate seasonal promotions, photoshoots, and community events
• Work with local media partners, vendors, and printers
• Maintain brand consistency and visual standards across all marketing channels
• Capture and edit photos and short-form video for marketing use (plants, décor, and events)
• Maintain a marketing calendar and report on campaign results to leadership

Requirements

• 1–3 years of marketing or graphic design experience (retail experience is a plus!)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
• Experience with email marketing platforms (such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or Klaviyo)
• Strong writing and proofreading skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Basic website editing skills (Squarespace or similar CMS)
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects with deadlines
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in a nursery setting, including occasional lifting and moving of plants and display items
• Passion for plants, home décor, or local business

Preferred

• A portfolio or work samples is strongly encouraged with your application
