Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Set up and run casino promotions including giveaways, drawings, hot seat events, and similar marketing programs.
  • Support off-site marketing events such as local festivals and community appearances.
  • Assist with enrolling guests into the Rebels Redemption Players Club.
  • Maintain and update marketing signage and promotional materials throughout the property.
  • Help ensure promotional information is accurate and consistent across marketing channels.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining marketing files.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, including hotels and retail partners, to develop partnerships that enhance the benefits of the players club program.
  • Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in marketing, event coordination, or related roles, preferably within the casino or hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
  • Flexible work availability to support day and evening marketing needs.
  • Enthusiasm for the casino and gaming industry, with a willingness to learn and adapt to industry trends.
  • Must have the ability to lift 25-30 pounds.
  • Ability to work in an environment exposed to secondhand smoke, moderate to loud noise levels, and varied light levels, including flashing lights.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend for entire shift.
