Own casino promotions and partner relations to maximize player outreach and Rebels Club adoption.
Coordinate signage, materials, and cross‑channel consistency to keep promotions accurate.
Support events and community engagement with admin and scheduling that keeps campaigns on track.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Set up and run casino promotions including giveaways, drawings, hot seat events, and similar marketing programs.
Support off-site marketing events such as local festivals and community appearances.
Assist with enrolling guests into the Rebels Redemption Players Club.
Maintain and update marketing signage and promotional materials throughout the property.
Help ensure promotional information is accurate and consistent across marketing channels.
Provide administrative support including scheduling, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining marketing files.
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, including hotels and retail partners, to develop partnerships that enhance the benefits of the players club program.
Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Must have the ability to lift 25-30 pounds.

Preferred

Associates or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in marketing, event coordination, or related roles, preferably within the casino or hospitality industry.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
Flexible work availability to support day and evening marketing needs.
Enthusiasm for the casino and gaming industry, with a willingness to learn and adapt to industry trends.
