  • Campaign Execution: Assist in email, social, and digital campaigns across channels, tracking performance to optimize outcomes.
  • Sales Enablement & Market Research: Develop sales content and gather customer insights to inform targeting and messaging.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Ops: Coordinate with teams to deliver cohesive marketing plans and manage materials inventory for field teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in building and executing email, social media, and digital marketing campaigns
  • Track performance metrics and help optimize campaign results
  • Manage marketing materials inventory and distribution to sales teams
  • Support development of sales enablement content
  • Conduct market research to identify customer insights and trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver cohesive marketing strategies
  • Stay current on industry trends and marketing best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–2 years of marketing experience preferred
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset
