Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• The Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role responsible for supporting and executing day-to-day marketing activities that promote Minerallac’s products and brand.
• This position helps manage marketing campaigns, assists in sales enablement initiatives, and coordinates digital and traditional marketing efforts, including email campaigns, social media posts, and promotional materials.
• The coordinator will organize and support events such as trade shows, collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent messaging, and track marketing performance metrics.
• Daily tasks include writing and editing marketing content, maintaining marketing calendars, coordinating projects with vendors and partners, and ensuring timely delivery of marketing assets.
• This role works closely with our sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
• 1–3 years of marketing experience preferred
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
• Strong attention to detail with exceptional proofreading abilities
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

• Videography experience or knowledge of CapCut is a plus, but not required
