Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead client meetings and communicate clearly and confidently
- Keep projects on track and ensure deadlines are consistently met
- Act as the main point of communication between clients and internal teams
- Work closely with strategists to execute and support marketing campaigns
- Ensure all marketing materials align with client brand and messaging
- Identify issues early and take action before they impact results
- Drive accountability with clients to keep campaigns moving forward
- Contribute creative ideas to improve campaign performance
- Take ownership of client experience and overall success
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
- Working knowledge of marketing (campaigns, branding, or digital marketing)
- Confidence in client-facing conversations and meetings
- Proactive mindset with strong follow-through
- Ability to problem-solve and take ownership of outcomes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or related field OR relevant work experience
