Job Summary

Own and support essential digital marketing work the team relies on, with daily touchpoints across SEO, email, social, content, events, and branding; strong emphasis on measurement, process, and hands-on execution for a small business.

Growth/Content Ops: Own campaign execution and content calendar coordination to keep channels aligned.
Performance & Reporting: Track and report marketing metrics to drive decisions.
Brand & Events Support: Assist branding initiatives and coordinate events, vendors, and media outreach.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Execute and support digital marketing campaigns (SEO, email, social media)
Manage content calendars and assist with content creation
Coordinate events, vendors, and media outreach
Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics
Support branding initiatives, research, and special marketing projects
Assist with scheduling and customer service tasks as needed

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of digital marketing (SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing)
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), CMS (WordPress), and design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and report on data
Creative problem-solver with great attention to detail
