Job Summary

Coordinate and execute integrated marketing and sales support for Lake Nona Wave Hotel, aligning property initiatives with sales, agency partners, events, and internal tools to drive awareness and bookings.

  • Provide design support for sales materials and campaigns across guest rooms, dining, and meetings/events; coordinate with Sales & Catering
  • Coordinate with agency partners on digital marketing, email, print, and PR activations to amplify destination awareness
  • Develop and maintain internal tools and materials inventory, including credentials, trackers, contact directory, and intranets

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement property and market-based initiatives to drive awareness of the hotel primarily our guest rooms, restaurants and bars, and meetings and events as well as promoting the wider destination of Lake Nona
  • Works closely with all departments in particular sales and catering on graphic design projects to support sales efforts
  • Works closely with agency partners to support digital marketing, email, print, and PR activations
  • Participates in hotel events and creates content to further promote future opportunities
  • Works with people services on recruitment and retention campaigns
  • Support the development and maintenance of internal tools, including credentials database, trackers, global contact directory, and intranets
  • Support the Sr. Marketing Manager in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy
  • Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary
  • Continually seek new sources of prospective customer data and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership

Requirements

  • Proven accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong graphic design skills with knowledge of video editing, Adobe, and Canva
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exhibits flexibility and adaptability to the changing and evolving needs of the operation and other duties as assigned by leadership within the scope of the role
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor
  • Must be able to function as part of a team
  • Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing is required
  • Basic background in digital/search marketing
