Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field.
- 3-5 years of marketing, communications, or project coordination experience.
- Strong written, verbal, listening, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong organizational, problem solving, record keeping, time management, and project management skills.
- Understanding of basic marketing principles and the ability to proofread and edit content effectively.
- Demonstrates self-awareness, seeks feedback, adapts communication style as needed, and responds constructively and professionally to coaching, feedback, and guidance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience working with CRM, database, content management, or digital asset management systems.
- Experience managing databases, content libraries, or digital asset management systems.
Preferred
- Experience in the AEC industry.
- Experience with aec360, CRM platforms, or content management systems.
- Experience coordinating conferences, events, trade shows, and award submissions.
- Basic experience with Adobe Creative Suite and social media management tools.
