Job Description

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field.
3-5 years of marketing, communications, or project coordination experience.
Strong written, verbal, listening, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
Strong organizational, problem solving, record keeping, time management, and project management skills.
Understanding of basic marketing principles and the ability to proofread and edit content effectively.
Demonstrates self-awareness, seeks feedback, adapts communication style as needed, and responds constructively and professionally to coaching, feedback, and guidance.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience working with CRM, database, content management, or digital asset management systems.
Experience managing databases, content libraries, or digital asset management systems.

Preferred

Experience in the AEC industry.
Experience with aec360, CRM platforms, or content management systems.
Experience coordinating conferences, events, trade shows, and award submissions.
Basic experience with Adobe Creative Suite and social media management tools.
