Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build, design, and deploy email campaigns within SFMC for the marketing team.
  • Upload and manage contact and lead lists in SFMC, ensuring proper upload and data accuracy for the entire US Marketing Organization and the Sales Development Reps.
  • Pull segmented lists to use for targeted emails blasts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that email campaigns align with campaign goals and audience segmentation.
  • Build, schedule, and deploy social media posts for the US Marketing team.
  • Use SEMrush to schedule and deploy social media content, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement and report insights on performance.
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support the Marketing team.
  • Organize and maintain marketing assets, documents, and reports for easy access by the marketing team.
  • Assist with Marketing Sharepoint updates and maintenance.
  • Handle the Marketing expenses using Concur, ensuring timely submission and proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to track and report on marketing budget expenditures.
  • Initiate and send reports in various marketing platforms, including Excel, SEMrush, SFMC, Survicate, Sharepoint and more.
  • Coordinate, organize and order tradeshow materials (ie: banners, promos, marketing materials, machines, sample lists, sample boxes, etc.)
  • Work with internal stakeholders to gather and create any necessary items needed for tradeshows and events.
