Coordinate marketing operations and digital asset management for RectorSeal, combining DAM administration with purchasing, budgeting, and cross-functional support.

Own DAM structure, tagging, and asset organization to support teams
Must-have: 2–3 years in marketing coordination or operations with DAM experience

Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage Bynder DAM structure, taxonomy, metadata, and product hierarchy
Upload, tag, and organize creative assets
Maintain user access and train new users
Respond to internal “where can I find…” asset requests
Run usage reports and audit for outdated/duplicate content
Coordinate with IT on updates and integrations
Process purchase orders and track invoices
Maintain vendor relationships and subscription renewals
Track budget spend and provide updates
Manage contract and license documentation

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
2–3 years in marketing coordination or operations
Experience with DAM systems (Bynder preferred)
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Experience with PO processing and vendor coordination
Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive communicator

Preferred

B2B or manufacturing industry experience
Familiarity with Adobe file types and creative workflows
Experience with project management tools (Monday.com, Asana)
Understanding of brand guidelines and asset versioning
Comfort using AI tools for productivity
