Job Summary
Field and events execution ownership with promotions and on-site support for client visits and events.
- Own event logistics and advertising material coordination for client sites.
- Drive in-field support for Account Managers and Sales with promotions and promotions-related admin.
- Capture guest participation data and assist with prize rewards and clerical tasks.
Job Description
- Assist Marketing Department with promotions and events at client locations to support visits and events.
- Notify winners via email and phone and coordinate prize awards.
- Plan and prepare promotions and advertising materials.
- Document patron participation including names, phone numbers and emails.
- Assist with setup and display of advertising items.
- Support at special events as needed.
- Coordinate with the PSG team on ordering and tracking promotional items, submission and payment of invoices, data entry, and filing agreements & contracts.
- Collaborate with Director of Marketing, Director of Operations and VP of Marketing to support Account Managers and Sales personnel in the field.
- Light clerical work including envelope stuffing, filing, faxing, and copying.
- Work with other departments on an as needed basis.
