Responsibilities

• Coordinate and produce RFQ/RFP responses, including proposals, SOQs/SOIs, and interviews materials.
• Manage proposal schedules, deliverables, deadlines and compliance requirements.
• Draft, edit, and format proposal narratives for clarity, consistency, and alignment.
• Coordinate with technical staff and subconsultants to gather content.
• Collaborate with marketing staff to develop and maintain staff resumes, project descriptions, and technical qualifications.
• Maintain organized electronic filing systems.
• Maintain and update firm’s CRM system, including clients, pursuits, contacts, consultants, and project data.
• Assist in managing and updating the firm’s social media platform.
• Attend industry networking and professional events.

Requirements

• Experience in A/E/C marketing required.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with public-sector procurement processes.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
