Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead rebranding of new acquisitions—naming, design direction, and collaborating with marketing contractors.
Manage property websites, digital listings, and SEO strategy.
Write listings, coordinate photography/staging, and maintain Google/Yelp profiles.
Oversee signage, print materials, and branded merchandise for internal teams.
Maintain consistent branding across projects and platforms.
Manage company website, social media, and media development (photo/video).
Design marketing materials for listings, on-site signage, and buyer handoffs.
Coordinate digital communications and newsletters via MailChimp.
Ensure brand consistency in all investor-facing materials.
Create marketing collateral, investment offerings, and quarterly reports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
3+ years of relevant marketing experience; real estate or construction a plus.
Strong grasp of SEO, web analytics, and brand strategy.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CMS platforms.
Skilled in project management, communication, and creative execution.
Experience with MailChimp or similar platforms for email marketing.
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
