Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Develop and publish content highlighting company projects, milestones, community involvement, and employee achievements.
• Assist with the development of visual content for company social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
• Prepare graphics and photographs that highlight company projects, employees, milestones, and community involvement.
• Help maintain consistent branding across digital platforms.
• Assist with website content updates and digital marketing materials.
• Maintain awareness of current design practices and digital content trends.
• Coordinate website updates with web developers or vendors when necessary.
• Upload photos, videos, and project updates to ensure current and accurate company representation.
• Develop presentations for client interviews, executive meetings, community events, recruiting activities, and industry functions.
• Manage assigned design projects from initial concept through final production and approvals.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design, Bachelor of Fine Arts, Graphic Design or other design Related Degrees (Architecture, Landscape Architecture)
• 1-3 years office experience, design office preferred
• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional work
• Strong graphic design and visual communication skills
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, scale, and layout
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and presentation quality
• Strong organizational and file-management skills
• Proficiency in photography and photo-editing experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator

Preferred

• Familiarity with website content management systems preferred.
• Familiarity with digital photography equipment and photo-editing practices preferred.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content creation preferred.
