Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage and create content for Floe Cafe's Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Capture and edit high-quality photos, Reels, and short-form videos featuring our drinks, bingsoo, and café experience.
• Plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
• Develop promotional campaigns for new products, seasonal menus, memberships, and special events.
• Coordinate local influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and community outreach.
• Support marketing initiatives for our Fullerton, La Mirada, and Danville locations.
• Assist with Google, Instagram, and other paid advertising campaigns.
• Create simple promotional graphics and digital marketing materials.
• Monitor social media engagement, campaign performance, and customer feedback.
• Work closely with ownership to develop strategies that increase customer visits, brand awareness, and loyalty.

Requirements

• Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
• Strong photography, videography, and short-form video editing skills.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of current social media trends and digital marketing.
• Strong creative judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• Interest in cafés, food, beverages, and lifestyle branding.
• Comfortable visiting our Southern California locations for content creation.

Preferred

• Experience with food and beverage brands.
• Experience running paid social media advertisements.
• Experience working with influencers or local businesses.
• Basic understanding of marketing analytics.
