Job Summary

Own the lifecycle and materials that power business development from lead nurture to client outreach, with a focus on CRM management, cross‑team collaboration, and compelling design storytelling.

  • Own marketing materials, award submissions, media packets, and pitches in partnership with the Marketing Manager.
  • Own CRM upkeep and the leads lifecycle across multiple markets, coordinating with stakeholders and external partners.
  • Coordinate with principals, project teams, and consultants to translate design quality and firm values into persuasive materials.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in supporting business development efforts across the studio, supporting the Marketing Manager in maintaining and nurturing the leads lifecycle, managing the CRM, and corresponding with potential clients.
  • Draft marketing materials, award submissions, media packets, and pitches in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
  • Work closely with principals, project teams, and external consultants to develop compelling materials that reflect the quality of our design work and the values of our firm.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of marketing, public relations, or administrative experience.
  • Strong graphic design and writing skills.
  • Highly organized with administrative experience and proficiency in database management.
  • Outgoing personality with a desire to be involved in Business Development efforts as the firm meaningfully expands into new markets.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., BQE CORE, Cosential, Deltek, or similar).
  • Experience in visual storytelling, media relations, and brand development.
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, and ability to work with all levels of staff.

Preferred

  • Experience in a design related industry.
