Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Social Media Account Management
• Create, establish, and manage company accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Develop and maintain a consistent company brand and professional online presence.
• Create and implement a social media content calendar.
• Monitor social media accounts, respond to general inquiries, and engage with followers.
• Stay informed about current social media trends and marketing strategies.
• Content Creation & Marketing
• Develop original content, including graphics, promotional posts, short-form videos, reels, and educational materials.
• Create engaging TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, and Facebook posts to attract potential customers.
• Highlight company services, promotions, industry updates, and educational information.

Requirements

• Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creativity and an understanding of social media trends
• Experience creating graphics, editing videos, and producing digital content
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with management
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and marketing strategies
• Professional judgment when representing a business online

Preferred

• Previous experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content creation
• Experience managing business social media accounts
• Familiarity with the trucking, transportation, or DOT compliance industry
• Experience developing marketing campaigns and generating customer leads
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and TikTok business tools
