Job Summary
Build the diocese’s communications and marketing operations by turning market insights into accessible campaigns, coordinating content across channels, and backing events that raise awareness among parishes, schools, and partner ministries.
- Coordinate content creation and campaign execution across written, graphic, and multimedia formats.
- Turn consumer needs reports into practical marketing assets and outreach activities.
- Support events and campaigns that showcase the diocese’s mission across communities.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with the team leader and members to support communications and marketing efforts.
- Develop and execute communications and marketing plans by researching market trends and compiling consumer insights reports.
- Coordinate the creation of marketing campaign content (written, graphics) and assist in executing events to raise awareness of the diocese’s work in parishes, schools, and affiliate ministries.
Requirements
- Embrace Catholic mission, teachings, and ethics.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Experience in corporate or nonprofit communications or marketing.
- Proficient with print and digital media platforms, and experience in marketing campaigns and analytics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Docs, WordPress; willingness to learn Trello and Flocknote.
- Basic digital photography and video skills.
