Responsibilities

• Build relationships with the team leader and members to support communications and marketing efforts.
• Develop and execute communications and marketing plans by researching market trends and compiling consumer insights reports.
• Coordinate the creation of marketing campaign content (written, graphics) and assist in executing events to raise awareness of the diocese’s work in parishes, schools, and affiliate ministries.

Requirements

• Embrace Catholic mission, teachings, and ethics.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Experience in corporate or nonprofit communications or marketing.
• Proficient with print and digital media platforms, and experience in marketing campaigns and analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Docs, WordPress; willingness to learn Trello and Flocknote.
• Basic digital photography and video skills.
