Job Description

JOB TITLE: Marketing Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY: Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator works directly with firm leadership to manage and support the office's business development efforts including but not limited to the development of dynamic proposals and presentations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled at multi-tasking and thrives in a fast-paced work environment. We are looking for a creative individual who can navigate diverse communication styles and adapt quickly to shifting priorities. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Marketing Coordinator will manage the following responsibilities and others as needed:

  • Collaborates with studio leads to plan, coordinate, design, edit and produce RFP and RFQ responses within tight deadlines.
  • Coordinates and designs presentations for client interviews, speaking engagements, and other opportunities.
  • Assists Marketing Managers in the development of winning pursuit strategies.
  • Updates and maintains resumes and project information sheets.
  • Assists with the development of award submissions.
  • Where needed, assists Graphic Design Managers with updating brochures, as well as conference /trade show/event signage and collateral.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a marketing, communications or business development role (experience within the AEC industry preferred).
  • Proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite with experience creating lengthy documents in InDesign.
  • Invigorated by the constant change and fast pace of a high-growth organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidate must have a “can do” attitude with the ability to think proactively, prioritize multiple deadlines, and execute quickly.
  • Demonstrates high standards of work with exceptional attention to detail resulting in high quality, error free deliverables.
  • Demonstrates strong time management, planning, and organizational skills. The candidate should excel under pressure in a high volume, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, journalism, communications, or a related field is preferred.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
