Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Social Media Content Creation & Management
• Create high-quality, engaging content for Instagram and TikTok.
• Film, photograph, edit, and publish content that showcases our food, drinks, atmosphere, team, and customer experience.
• Develop creative content ideas that align with each brand’s unique identity.
• Manage social media accounts for both businesses, including planning and scheduling posts.
• Stay on top of social media trends and identify creative opportunities to increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Regularly visit both restaurant locations to capture fresh, authentic content.
• Influencer Marketing & Partnerships
• Research and identify relevant local influencers and content creators.
• Proactively reach out to influencers and invite them to collaborate with our restaurants.

Requirements

• Wake Coffee in Ambler PA and Bites and Blends in Dresher PA
• 25-hour-per-week, part-time hybrid position offering a combination of in-person collaboration and flexible remote work.
• 15 hours in person: Three days per week, five hours per day, based primarily at Wake Coffee.
• 10 flexible remote hours: The remaining 10 hours can be completed remotely, with flexibility in how you distribute them throughout the week.
• You will travel between our two restaurant locations (approximately 10 minutes apart) to create content and coordinate marketing activities.
• In-person attendance will also be required for scheduled events, as needed.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between both locations are required.
• Previous experience in social media management, content creation, influencer marketing, or event planning is a plus.
