Job Summary

Own the coordination backbone for US marketing—planning calendars, asset workflows, and cross-channel campaigns to drive retail and brand activations.

  • Operations & Planning: Manage calendars, timelines, trackers, and schedules across social, retail, influencer, and events.
  • Asset & Production: Coordinate briefs, approvals, and production timelines with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Campaign Execution & Reporting: Support planning, logistics, and post-campaign performance analysis using sales and engagement metrics.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and project coordination support for the U.S. marketing team across promotional, retail, and brand marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, campaign timelines, project trackers, and promotional schedules across integrated channels (social media, influencer, retail, and events).
  • Coordinate marketing assets, creative requests, approvals, and production timelines with internal teams and external agency partners.
  • Support the planning, logistics, and execution of marketing campaigns, retail activations, influencer visits, photo shoots, and brand partnerships.
  • Assist in preparing marketing briefs, presentations, promotional recaps, meeting materials, and post-campaign performance reports using sales and engagement metrics.
  • Coordinate promotional materials, store signage, marketing collateral, and shipment logistics for retail locations.
  • Handle general team administration, including meeting coordination, cross-functional communications, purchase requests, vendor relations, and invoice processing.
  • Take on additional marketing projects and operational support as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, retail, or project coordination (internship experience welcomed).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to retail store locations, events, and meetings throughout the Los Angeles area as needed.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English (Required).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
