Job Summary

Own the local marketing presence for a senior living community by executing plans, hosting tours and appointments, and driving events that generate referrals while upholding the Benedictine mission.

  • Marketing execution and events: Own day-to-day plan execution, open houses, community classes, health fairs, and outreach activities.
  • Audience engagement: Conduct tours/appointments with prospective residents and families; nurture referral sources.
  • Reputation and mission: Monitor social channels and ensure day-to-day activity reflects the Benedictine Mission and Core Values.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with the execution of marketing plans.
  • Prepares for and conducts appointments, meetings and tours with prospective residents, families and referral sources.
  • Monitors and maintains social media sites and monitors community’s reputation online.
  • Assists with planning all marketing events, including open houses, community classes, health fairs, special events and community outreach activities, etc.
  • Promotes the Benedictine Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice by bringing the Mission and Core Values into the day-to-day activities of the company.
  • Performs other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, communications, advertising, journalism or related business field

Preferred

  • Education or certificates in marketing, sales, communications, advertising or related business field
  • Sales/marketing experience
