Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Targeted Project Marketing – Research procurement services and websites for potential project leads. Organize for review with the Marketing Director – Assist in coordinating and producing qualification packages, cost proposals, presentations, boards, leave-behinds, and other marketing collateral for targeted client development efforts and building brand awareness Social Media and Website Maintenance (with Marketing Director oversight) – Aid in managing all social media platforms. Develop a content calendar for regular posting to boost exposure – Aid in updating website project information, personnel, and news features Public Relations and Community Outreach – Aid in marketing-related products and services (e.g., photographers, consultants, publishers) – Aid in scheduling and organizing company events, volunteer efforts, and fundraisers Awards, Publications, and Press Releases – Coordinate projects for award submittals and publicize winning projects – Coordinate efforts to feature the firm in local, regional, national, ad trade publications – Assist with developing press releases regarding the firm’s activities and personnel Information Management and Production – Assist in compiling and maintaining the firm’s information database and electronic filing system – Assist with writing, printing, binding, packaging and mailing qualification packages

Requirements

  • A professional degree in Marketing, Journalism, or Communications is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience providing professional marketing services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat
