Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls, website inquiries, and customer requests promptly and professionally.
• Convert inbound leads into scheduled inspections, estimates, and service appointments.
• Follow up with unbooked leads and estimate opportunities to maximize conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead records in CRM and scheduling systems.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell cleaning and restoration services.
• Track lead sources and customer interactions.
• Assist with local marketing campaigns, community outreach efforts, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate and schedule social media content.
• Support customer review generation and reputation management initiatives.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, inside sales, appointment setting, or a related role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Preferred

• Experience in restoration, cleaning, construction, home services, or related industries.
• CRM and scheduling software experience.
• Social media and marketing support experience.
• Sales, lead generation, or appointment-setting experience.
