Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing projects and campaigns from start through completion, keeping timelines, deliverables, and team members on track
• Assist with the setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Support social media content planning, scheduling, and posting
• Edit short-form video content for social and digital use (phone-shot and studio footage)
• Write copy for ads, social posts, and marketing materials
• Design and edit graphics/assets using the Adobe Creative Suite, (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, or similar)
• Track campaign performance and flag optimization opportunities
• Maintain project files, calendars, and status updates for the marketing team
• Communicate progress and roadblocks clearly to team members and leadership

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related coordination role
• Working knowledge of paid digital advertising(Meta Ads, Google Ads) and campaign optimization
• Experience with social media management across major platforms
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills (phone and/or desktop editing tools)
• Strong copywriting skills, you can write clean, engaging copy quickly
• Familiarity with the Adobe Suite
• Excellent time management and organizational skills - you can manage several projects at once without dropping the ball
• A true team player with excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Comfortable working on-site and collaborating in person daily

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or a regulated industry
• Familiarity with content calendars or project management tools (Monday.com, etc.)
• An eye for design and brand consistency
