Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Create high‑impact content across blogs, whitepapers, customer stories, and executive‑ready materials, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging
  • Own weekly blog publishing to expand thought leadership and support SEO and organic growth goals.
  • Support Customer Advisory Board (CAB) initiatives by developing messaging, presentations, and supporting content, and coordinating communications before, during, and after CAB engagements
  • Partner with product, engineering, and sales teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear, globally aligned messaging for product launches and announcements
  • Develop customer narratives, case studies, and advocacy programs that strengthen brand trust, corporate reputation, and momentum storytelling
  • Develop weekly social content to support content and corporate storytelling across LinkedIn, including corporate account and employee‑enablement posts.
  • Work comfortably with web and digital teams to publish content (blogs, monthly newsletter, etc.) and make timely updates to website as needed
  • Lead G2 review amplification efforts
  • Create monthly newsletters for customers and prospects to support awareness, credibility, and engagement
  • Assist with analyst relations activities, including briefing preparation, questionnaire support, and communications coordination
