Coordinate marketing and business development efforts for an AEC-focused firm by supporting RFQ/SOQ prep, brand consistency, and digital campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare high-quality, compliant Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), proposals, and prequalification packages under tight deadlines.
  • Track and manage proposal submissions and maintain proposal-related documentation.
  • Assist with briefing materials and agendas for internal and external business development.
  • Maintain up-to-date marketing collateral, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s brand and marketing strategy.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with brand standards and communicate a consistent voice.
  • Assist in creating and updating corporate presentations, digital campaigns, and printed assets.
  • Manage and update company website.
  • Support the execution of digital campaigns across social media, email, and other platforms.
  • Contribute content and assist with maintaining visual and brand consistency online.

Requirements

  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in: Microsoft Office Suite
  • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; additional tools a plus)
  • CRM platforms and marketing tools
  • WordPress and basic HTML/web management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with photography, videography, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Business acumen and an understanding of marketing analytics, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Architecture, Design, Journalism, English, or a related field preferred.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in the AEC industry is a strong plus.
  • Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry highly preferred.
