  • Assist with training, program testing, and admin tasks that keep promotions clean and compliant.

Job Description

  • The Marketing Coordinator Apprentice provides operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of retail marketing activities, promotions and campaigns.
  • The Employee will:
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of retail marketing promotions, campaigns, and in-store activities.
  • Support day-to-day operations of retail and loyalty program, including member engagement, promotions, and partner coordination.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and store operations to ensure timely delivery, and implementation of marketing materials and advertisements.
  • Assist in managing digital assets, social media content, and marketing communication materials.
  • Prepare reports, monitor campaign activities, and maintain accurate records related to marketing and loyalty program performance.
  • Support customer and partner concerns related to promotions, loyalty activities, and marketing initiatives to help maintain positive customer experience.
  • Handle Business User end-to-end testing of all applications and systems related to the Loyalty program.
  • Assist in preparing training materials and supporting orientation or training sessions related to marketing programs and promotions.
  • Provide support in building and strengthening relationships with partners for possible marketing tie-ups and other partnership opportunities.
  • Perform administrative and operational tasks necessary for the efficient execution of marketing projects and other assigned initiatives.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • US Citizen or resident alien
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Has been a resident of Guam for a period of not less than three (3) consecutive years before entry into the program
  • Be able to attend a minimum of two (2) classes per semester, while working forty (40) hours per week
  • Minimum 1 year experience with the use of computers and experience using Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
