Job Summary

Own end-to-end marketing operations across paid ads, email, content, and partner enablement, coordinating with agencies and enabling wellness partners to run campaigns.

  • Own creative and campaign workflows for paid media
  • Manage email campaigns and analytics
  • Coordinate agency partnerships and partner enablement

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Content and creative for paid ads — write copy, brief and coordinate with UGC creators, use AI to generate design assets, hand off finished creative to our growth marketer for launch
  • Email marketing — build campaigns, manage sends, run experiments, track performance
  • Blog and newsletter — coordinate with our copywriter to ship content on schedule
  • Agency coordination — day-to-day partner to our PR agency and organic social agency, keeping them briefed, aligned, and meeting goals
  • Partner enablement — provide our wellness partners with assets and know-how to run their own marketing campaigns
  • Social media DMs — respond to inbound, escalate what matters, keep the community warm
  • CEO support on broader marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of marketing experience — B2B or B2C, at a startup, agency, or fast-moving brand
  • Instinct for what converts — you understand why an ad or email lands, not just how to make it look nice. You've shipped work that moved a metric, not just work that looked good in a portfolio
  • Brand builder mindset — you think about consistency, voice, and how every touchpoint adds up to something bigger. Not just individual assets in isolation
  • AI-native — you use AI tools daily for copy, design, research, and analysis. You've built workflows that let you move 3x faster than someone who doesn't. You have judgement and are able to guide AI, not just use it as a crutch
  • Scrappy and hungry — you want to learn everything, do the work yourself, and grow fast and be part of a fast-moving company
  • Highly organized — you juggle multiple channels, agencies, and stakeholders without dropping balls
  • Startup pace — you're comfortable with fast iteration, imperfect data, and shifting priorities

Preferred

  • Big-brand pedigree — we care about how you operate, not where you've worked
  • Formal marketing degree — self-taught, bootcamp, non-traditional paths all welcome
  • Domain expertise — we'll teach you the wellness and healthcare context

Benefits

  • Health benefits: Medical, dental, and vision (100% covered by Altro)
  • Commuter benefits
  • One Medical membership
  • Peloton Digital membership
  • Learning and development budget
  • $150 monthly reimbursement for products available through Altro
