Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Internal Marketing Support
  • Serves as marketing liaison with Real Estate Management Department. Coordinates marketing processes related to Property Transitions.
  • Creates comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to each property vacancy, considering target demographics, market trends, and property features.
  • Attends all Property Transition meetings. Identifies tasks and inputs into Asana.
  • Coordinates advertising efforts for fee-managed properties, as needed.
  • Serves as primary designer for Property Transition collateral. Creates marketing materials including banners, property signage, advertisements (print and digital), flyers, digital assets.
  • Provides marketing support to internal departments related to Property Transitions, i.e., Compliance, Management Team, HR etc.
  • Creates visually compelling graphics and designs for various marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, digital ads, social media content, and website assets.
  • Assists in the communication and maintenance of EAH Housing brand guidelines.
  • Designs and oversees the production of monument signs for our properties, ensuring that they follow branding guidelines and effectively communicate key information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in a related field such as: Graphic Design, Communication Design, Digital Media, Media Arts, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business Administration, or Urban Planning; or combination of education or
  • At least 1 year of marketing design experience; design experience at an affordable property management environment, a plus.
  • Must have valid driver’s license and DMV
  • Must have access to reliable vehicle and maintain own auto insurance in accordance with EAH Housing minimum.

Preferred
