Responsibilities

• Create engaging written, visual, and video content for social media, websites, email, and print
• Develop compelling product stories and brand messaging
• Design marketing materials such as brochures, ads, banners, and digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite
• Manage and update website content and support SEO efforts
• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing and dealer use
• Manage and grow social media channels and support paid advertising campaigns
• Coordinate and support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions
• Assist with boat shows, dealer meetings, and promotional events

Requirements

• 2+ years of marketing experience (marine or manufacturing industry a plus)
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing
• Familiarity with SEO, analytics tools, and basic HTML/CSS
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Creative, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
• Interest or knowledge of boating or marine products is a bonus
