Job Summary

Own the end-to-end content engine for a B2B SaaS product, translating complex concepts into customer-focused messaging while coordinating with Sales, Product, and SMEs to produce blogs, case studies, decks, and campaigns across the buyer journey.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create blogs, articles, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, landing pages, email campaign copy, newsletters, social posts, and video scripts.
  • Translate technical concepts into compelling, customer-focused messaging.
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice across all content.
  • Develop one-pagers, case studies, presentation decks, battle cards, solution briefs, customer stories, and email templates.
  • Partner with Sales to create content that supports the buyer journey.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and customer pain points.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to create thought leadership content.
  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar to accelerate content creation and research.
  • Ensure AI-generated content remains accurate, original, and aligned with brand voice.
  • Create simple graphics using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of Content Marketing, Marketing Communications, Copywriting, or related experience.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading.
  • Experience creating blogs, web copy, sales enablement materials, and marketing content.
  • Strong market research and competitive analysis skills.
  • Experience using AI tools in content workflows and research.
  • Basic graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
