Responsibilities

Lead the conceptualization and production of high-quality digital assets across branding, web, and social channels.
Collaborate with our development team to design intuitive, high-density, and minimalist user interfaces for custom software and operational dashboards.
Develop creative strategies that align with client public relations and communication goals.
Maintain and organize model-agnostic, portable media databases with meticulous labeling and file structuring.
Mentor junior creatives and oversee the quality of output across the agency.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in digital design, content creation, or art direction within an agency setting.
Mastery of industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
A proven track record of designing functional, minimalist UI/UX layouts.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
